Dear all,
The Federation for European Storytelling has 90+ member organisations representing 2000+ storytellers in Europe. All these storytellers grow as professionals, encounter opportunities, face problems and build knowledge and expertise. FEST would like to build on this expertise to foster professional development in the network and will organise a series of online thematic forums to facilitate learning and to share knowledge and expertise.
For each forum we will introduce a storytelling topic, bring on board expert speakers and facilitate Q&As with all participants.
We will start with the topic: ‘The use of storytelling in/for heritage’.
In this forum we will talk about challenges, successes, needs, opportunities, examples of good and bad practice on the use/role of storytelling in/for heritage … Recently FEST sent out a survey on this topic. After a short presentation of the results of this survey, two storytellers will present their work in the heritage sector. After that there will be time for questions and discussions.
